Welcome to Tut Egypt Travel. By booking a tour or utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations when engaging with Tut Egypt Travel.
1. Definitions
- “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tut Egypt Travel.
- “You,” “client,” or “customer” refers to the person booking or participating in a tour or service provided by Tut Egypt Travel.
- “Services” refer to travel arrangements, tours, transfers, accommodations, or other related services provided by Tut Egypt Travel.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour or service.
- For bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before the start date will be refunded minus a 10% service fee.
- Cancellations made 30-59 days before the start date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable.
- No refunds are provided for no-shows or unused portions of a tour.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
4. Changes and Modifications
- If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as date changes, accommodation upgrades, or itinerary adjustments, please inform us in writing as early as possible.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Travel Insurance
- Tut Egypt Travel strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal injury, and other potential risks.
- We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
6. Liability
- While Tut Egypt Travel makes every effort to provide safe and enjoyable experiences, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or airline disruptions.
- The client agrees to release and hold Tut Egypt Travel harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services.
7. Travel Documentation
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary travel documentation, including a valid passport, visas, and any required vaccinations.
- Tut Egypt Travel is not responsible for any issues that arise due to lack of proper documentation.
8. Health and Safety
- By booking with us, you confirm that you are in good health and physically capable of participating in the activities included in your chosen itinerary.
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or disabilities that may require special accommodations.
9. Behavior and Conduct
- We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others.
- Any damages caused by the client during the tour must be paid for in full by the client.
10. Complaints and Disputes
- Should you have a complaint during your trip, please notify your tour guide or our team immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- Any disputes or unresolved complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour’s conclusion.
11. Force Majeure
- Tut Egypt Travel is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or pandemics.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in Egyptian courts.
13. Acceptance of Terms
- By booking a tour or service with Tut Egypt Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
